It depends how you received your DrawCut license. If you received it on paper together with your vinyl cutter and lost the license number we do not have any way to recover your license. In this case your only option is to purchase a new DrawCut license from www.draw-cut.com
If you received your DrawCut license after purchasing it on www.draw-cut.com either with a voucher code from your reseller or regular payment, you have received your license number by email. If you have lost this email, you can send us your email address and ask us to recover your license which is usually possible
