DrawCut license numbers (PSN) are always 26 digit numeric only, e.g. 123456 7891 0111 2131 4151 6171
If you have a shorter number, or an alphanumeric code this is not the DrawCut Serial/License number
The 6-digit voucher codes are not actual DrawCut licenses but can be used to pay for DrawCut licenses on the website www.draw-cut.com. You will need to purchase your DrawCut license on the website and pay with your 6-digit voucher code.
The plotter serial number is not your DrawCut license. You receive your DrawCut license either on a license certificate inside the machine’s box or via email if you purchased it on the DrawCut website.
